Before this registry existed, one feature was described in six places — the command gate, the dashboard's cards, the allow-list, the default state, the help menu, and every cog's own literal check. Retiring a feature meant editing all six, and a missed edit produced exactly the symptoms people reported: a card that reads green while the command says it is off, a switch that is flipped and changes nothing. There is one list now, and this page is rendered from it.
Each one turns its own commands on or off.

The registry validates clean
No duplicate ids, no duplicate help keys, no command claimed by
two systems, and no gate naming a system that does not exist. The
bot refuses to start on any of those, and this page reads the same
check.

A switch is per server, and it is real
Flipping one does not just hide a card: the bot republishes that server's command list, so the command disappears from Discord's own picker rather than answering with a refusal. That is why the console shows two readings side by side — what this server's switches say, and what Discord actually came back with.
